'One moment with you is more precious than anything else to me. Oh, my beloved, my master, who is who?' 'I saw a being tall like a cypress, hair like the night and a face like the moon.

I set on my way for one more glimpse of you, my beloved, you are my witness, love and blessing. All is beautiful!'
Relax, let it be. 'Did you know the Nightnigale is back? He went to Sama (to rejoice) and became the master of his own kind.' The lyrics are based on Rumi's and other mystical poetry and the tracks carry an urban vibe in meditation.
I stumbled upon Bahramji after picking up a compilation containing the track Moment of You sometime around 2010. At the time, I hadn't heard anything like it; Eastern lounge/chillout if you will.
I quickly grabbed the rest of the tracks off of iTunes. It's one of those records that defines an important transitionary period in my life. When I listen, I experience an immense juxtaposition of happy/sad feelings. A very reflective and spiritual album that inspires the listener to look inward. Imagine Rumi's beautiful poetry translated into music tunes streaming along deep mystical chants! This beautiful duo between Bahramji and de Moor produces a memorable album, although not all tracks live up to expectations while other tracks stand out as universal gems. The 2nd track, in my humble opinion, is mis-named since 'La Ilaha' means 'No god', while the actual chant of that track is 'La Ilaha Illa Allah', meaning 'There's no god, but God' (which essentially means 'there's only one God').
'La Ilaha Illa Allah' would made a much more rational name, knowing the music is based on Rumi's poetry (Rumi being a Sufi or mystic Muslim believer in one God). A must own CD for ethno-ambient music lovers.
Standout tracks IMHO are 'Dreamcatcher' and 'Return of the Nightingale'.
