For Sale - 'Selmer Bundy' Clarinet Bb Soprano - serial number 1270390 - includes mouthpiece and spare reed. Going by the serial number it was manufactured in 1965. This instrument really has a beautiful rich sound. When I purchased this Clarinet for my son about 5 years ago I was aware that it was one of the best available at an intermediate to professional level. It was reconditioned at the time of purchase and has been loving kept in it's box when not being played in the school band.
My son unfortunately did not become another Benny Goodman therefore his beloved Clarinet is up for sale to a good home (and i am still having to work!). It is a lovely looking Clarinet and includes the case and a music stand.

1982, Prefix '33'. 1983 to present, The Prefix Number plus 50 will give you the date manufactured. Artley Clarinets 1971 - Present. Serial Number. 1976, 64701 - 75587. 1977, 75588 - 86511. Buescher and Bundy Top. Buffet Crampon Clarinets Top. There was a line of 'intermediate' Bundy trumpets made in the 1980s. I have one - a C trumpet branded Bundy, and designed by Selmer. I'll check the markings tonight. These were silver plated, and better quality and designs than the typical Bundy's of the time, which were in the race to the bottom of the 1970s-80s.
